This vehicle uses the Isuzu 100P classic light truck chassis, with a wheelbase of 3360mm. It is equipped with an Isuzu 4KH1CN6LB National VI diesel engine with a rated power of 88kW and an MSB 5-speed transmission.

✦ Upper Structure:

The 1m³ water tank and 4m³ dust bin are separately arranged in the upper structure

The sweeping system is independently driven by a Jiangling 57kW auxiliary engine, which drives the fan to create negative pressure. Simultaneously, four sweeping discs rotate rapidly, sweeping the garbage to the suction nozzle. The suction nozzle sucks in the garbage, and under the negative pressure, the garbage is sucked into the dust tank.

The water spraying and dust suppression system is equipped with a Hangzhou Weilong water pump, providing uniform and controllable water spray, effectively suppressing secondary dust during the sweeping process.

✦ The difference between road sweeper and vacuum sweeper:

1. Structural differences

Firstly, from an appearance perspective, the most obvious difference is that a road sweeper has four centrally located brushes and a rear-mounted suction plate, while a vacuum sweeper has two centrally located brushes and a centrally located suction cup, although some models have a rear-mounted suction plate.

Secondly, there are subtle differences. Road weeper trucks are typically equipped with only low-pressure water pumps, and their functions include a front flush, dust suppression spray on the sweeping brushes, rear spray, and dust tank self-cleaning, all powered by low-pressure water pumps.

Vacuum sweeper trucks, on the other hand, are equipped with both low-pressure and high-pressure water pumps. The front flush under the cab uses high pressure, while the front flush under the water tank uses low pressure. The dust suppression spray on the sweeping brushes uses high pressure, and there's also a high-pressure spray boom near the suction nozzles on the brushes. The rear spray and dust tank self-cleaning functions also use high-pressure water supply. They usually also have a high-pressure washing reel at the rear. Compared to sweeper trucks, washer trucks not only have the sweeping function but also add a high-pressure cleaning pump, high-pressure spray boom, and high-pressure washing reel for a more thorough cleaning.

Both road sweepers and vacuum sweepers are equipped with a auxiliary engine, fan, sweeping brushes, suction nozzles, hydraulic valve assembly, hydraulic motor, and low-pressure water pump. The principle is the same: the auxiliary engine transmits power to the hydraulic motor, which in turn rotates the sweeping brushes to clean the road surface. Similarly, the auxiliary engine's power is transmitted to the blower, which draws air from the garbage bin to create negative pressure, enabling the suction nozzles to collect dust. Finally, the auxiliary engine's power is transmitted to a high-pressure(vacuum sweeper truck) or low-pressure water pump to achieve the cleaning function.

2.Differences in Vehicle Functions

Road sweeper trucks primarily clean roads and collect garbage. They use brushes to sweep garbage to a suction nozzle, which then sucks it into the garbage bin, thus cleaning the road surface. During sweeping, arc-shaped nozzles on the upper part of the sweeping discs spray water to suppress dust. Sweeper trucks can also be equipped with front and rear water spraying functions for washing the road surface.

Vacuum sweeper trucks are essentially upgrades to road sweeper trucks. They not only possess the sweeping and vacuuming functions of road sweeper trucks, but also, due to the addition of a high-pressure water pump, they offer a range of high-pressure road cleaning functions, including front, side, center, and rear spraying, as well as high-pressure water jet washing. Washer trucks have a larger water tank capacity, and front and rear water spraying functions are standard.

Because vacuum sweeper trucks have a larger water tank capacity than road sweeper trucks, their water spraying function is more practical.

3.Cleaning Capabilities

•Road weeper trucks are effective for ordinary fallen leaves and dust, but they have difficulty removing dry mud or stubborn stains that are adhered to the ground.
